Role Overview

The Enterprise Manager will work closely with Coverage teams to develop and implement strategic plans for growing Transaction Banking business across the UAE. This role requires a strong understanding of Cash and Trade solutions and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth in Cash and Trade sales, ensuring alignment with the Bank's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Coverage teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging expertise in Cash Management, Payments, Liquidity Management, and Trade Finance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with Product innovation teams to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for product enhancements and new offerings.
  • Proactively manage transactional risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in Transactional Banking, with a proven track record in originating new clients and driving revenues within a portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Cash and Trade Finance products, including core and value-added Trade Finance, Cash Management products, and Digital/Electronic Channels.
  • Self-starter who can handle all inquiries relating to Cash and Trade Finance independently, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong origination capability coupled with excellent customer orientation & negotiation skills, with a self-confident and performance-driven approach.
