Job Title: Content Creator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator to join our marketing team at CC Staffing International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technology and fashion/cosmetics industries, with a keen eye for trends and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content that supports brand strategies and elevates brand awareness.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all content formats, including written, visual, and video content.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify key trends in fashion, cosmetics, and technology, and incorporate them into content creation.

Social Media Content Development:

  • Engaging Content: Create engaging and on-trend content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Timely Content: Stay updated on social media trends and create timely content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Social Media Calendar: Plan, produce, and schedule social media posts to ensure alignment with the overall marketing calendar and campaign goals.

Public Relations & Events Content:

  • Press Releases: Generate content for press releases, event promotions, and media kits.
  • Event Coverage: Capture and share live event content across social media platforms, creating real-time engagement opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the PR team to create visuals and written material for product launches, media events, and influencer collaborations.

Performance Marketing Support:

  • Paid Campaigns: Assist the marketing team by producing content for paid campaigns, including ads, landing pages, and email marketing.
  • Data-Driven Content: Collaborate with the analytics team to create data-driven content optimized for performance, adjusting based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • SEO Best Practices: Utilize SEO best practices to ensure content ranks highly in search engines, increasing organic traffic and conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in content creation, with a focus on fashion, cosmetics, and technology industries.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing work across various platforms, including social media, blogs, and digital campaigns.
  • Skills: Excellent storytelling skills, proficiency in design tools, and familiarity with social media tools and platforms.
