Job Summary:

Dutco Construction Co LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Manager to lead our construction site operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, plan, and execute site works as per approved drawings, plans, and method statements.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity, assuring time frames are met for projects occurring simultaneously and oversee reports on the project.
  • Oversee and manage other Engineers and supervisors as assigned.
  • Ensure works are carried out as per HSE and relevant Authority regulations.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the risk management process for identification and mitigation of risks.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of teams.
  • Review schedules, analyze critical path updates, schedule progress, evaluate schedule options, and communicate schedule status to the project manager.
  • Prepare detailed material, labor, and equipment cost estimates.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
