The Pre-Fabrication Operations Director is responsible for the overall supervision of fabrication activities in the facility. This includes promoting a safety culture, establishing high standards in safe working practices, quality and productivity, as well as compliance with the code of business conducts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a positive safety culture throughout the facility
  • Establish high standards in safe working practice, quality and productivity
  • Co-Chair weekly safety meetings
  • Responsible for planning, delivery, and productivity of pre-fabrication scope of work
  • Manage site manpower allocation for pre-fabrication and projects
  • Ensure trained supervisory and craft personnel are available as needed
  • Monitor site productivity and schedule performance
  • Identify and resolve less than satisfactory performance

Requirements:

  • Promote a positive safety culture among resources
  • Establish high standards in safe working practice, quality and productivity
  • Self-motivated and self-reliant, able to operate independently while exercising good independent judgement and decision-making
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
