Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and creative Sales Supervisor with a strong background in managing retail stores specializing in candy sweets and family-oriented products. This role requires someone who can create a fun, engaging atmosphere for children and families while driving sales and maintaining exceptional service standards.

The ideal candidate will lead the sales team to create a welcoming environment for families and children. The person should train staff on product knowledge, allergen awareness, and safe handling practices.

We require a Sales Supervisor to plan and execute seasonal displays, promotions, and interactive in-store events to attract families. The person should ensure high standards of cleanliness, product presentation, and stock availability.

The successful candidate will monitor daily sales performance and support the team in achieving targets. They will handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Supervisor or Store Manager in candy stores, confectionery shops, or family retail environments.
  • A valid UAE or GCC driving license is mandatory.
  • A strong understanding of candy products, packaging, and seasonal trends is required.
  • The person should have proven ability to train and manage a team in a fun, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in organizing interactive events and family promotions is essential.
  • A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
