. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
Motivating and guiding the team to achieve organizational/departmental goals.
Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
Lead the team by example by demonstrating compassion, honesty, and integrity.
Ensure Duty rosters are compiled and advise on changes as applicable.
Responsible for preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
Responsible for managing stock and inventories, vendors directory, contract agreement where applicable.
Accountable for all the processes related to Supply chain: vendors registration, creation of codes, price update, etc.
Report any operational problems, conflicts, incidents, or any irregularities to the Supervisor. Highlight any technical glitches promptly.
Deal with guests' inquiries & complaints professionally, record any relevant details and notify the supervisor.

About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Up to 2 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.
Proficient in English (Read/Write/Speak Essential).
Knowledge of an additional language (Desired).
