Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical systems and equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in all aspects of mechanical inspection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to ensure that all mechanical inspection activities are conducted in accordance with established procedures.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of inspection activities, including reports and documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in mechanical inspection and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Relevant technical qualification and a minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction and supervision of sewerage drainage and irrigation connections and miscellaneous works.
  • Full and complete knowledge of existing sewerage drainage and irrigation networks in the emirate of Dubai.
  • Well-experienced in survey work with modern instruments and in keeping site measurement records.
  • Well-experienced in road works and permanent reinstatements.
  • Full knowledge and experience in dealing with existing services.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the conduct of quality inspections with hands-on experience of ISO 9000 quality systems.
  • Solid experience in maintaining relevant records and generating activity reports.
  • Experience in identifying nonconforming works, generating reports, and corrective actions and coordinating responses.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
