About the Role:

The FX and Rates Manager will be responsible for managing the Emerging Markets FX & Rates Trading team at FAB.

The role will involve leading and managing the team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth, as well as developing and implementing strategies to enhance the team's performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the Emerging Markets FX & Rates Trading team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the team's performance, including identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing processes.
  3. Collaborate with other teams within the division to ensure seamless execution of trading and investment activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years relevant markets experience in similar positions, with a strong understanding of EM FX & Rates products and global markets products.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
