  2. Team Management: Lead, train, and develop high-performing teams. Foster a positive and motivating work environment, driving engagement and performance while ensuring associate safety and adherence to Amazon's Health and Safety standards.
  3. Performance Management: Be obsessed with metrics, diving deep to identify root causes of performance issues, and implementing effective solutions.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes. Find practical and simple solutions to complex problems without compromising quality or functionality.
  5. Communication & Collaboration: Communicate daily metrics and report exceptions. Effectively communicate with business and technical audiences, influencing decisions and driving alignment.
  6. Problem Solving & Decision Making: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Act decisively in a fast-paced environment, exercising sound judgment and making informed decisions.
  7. Technology & Tools: Continuously utilize software and hardware tools to ensure smooth daily operations. Ensure associates have the necessary tools and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
