We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to join our team as a Dark Store Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our dark store network, ensuring seamless customer experiences through quick commerce, and driving regional/national key initiatives.
About the Role:- You will lead and supervise a team of TLs, supporting them with PAs in Operations to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee Quality, Productivity, and dark store performance metrics, appraising performance and resolving problems.
- Review work forecasts, determining productivity requirements to meet overall building objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to adopt best practices, identify process improvements, and lead their implementation.
- Maintain system interventions for order processing, training teams on new processes, and controlling measures.
- Address capacity constraints with Resource Planning and Finance teams.
- 2+ years of experience in employee and performance management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
