Al Muhandes HR Consultancy seeks experienced professionals for the role of Estimating Fire Protection Specialists.

We require individuals with expertise in analyzing project requirements and delivering cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of estimating and designing fire protection systems while ensuring compliance with project specifications and market conditions.

This role entails:

  1. Analyzing client requirements and tender documents to develop accurate project estimations.
  2. Proposing cost-effective offers and value engineering alternatives while adhering to project specifications.
  3. Designing and estimating fire protection systems including:
    1. Fire Hydrant Systems
    2. Sprinkler Systems
    3. Fire Fighting Systems
    4. Clean Agent Systems (e.g. FM200, NOVEC1230, CO2, etc.)
    5. Foam Systems
  4. Preparing comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
  5. Staying updated on competitive market conditions and pricing trends.
  6. Collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications for this role include:

  1. Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Proven experience in estimation and design of fire protection systems.
  3. Strong knowledge of value engineering and cost optimization techniques.
  4. Familiarity with tendering processes and market conditions.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire protection industry practices, and the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
