  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Job Card Management: Create and close job cards in the CAFM (FSI) Mobile App as per site requirements to ensure accurate tracking of maintenance activities.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency calls to ensure prompt resolution of critical issues.
  • Reporting and Recommendations: Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Equipment Knowledge and Compliance: Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, Electrical systems, ELV systems, fire/life safety, and other systems to ensure compliance with safety procedures and requirements.
  • Safety and Compliance: Comply with all safety procedures and requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain essential stock of spare parts to ensure prompt resolution of equipment failures.
  • After-Hours Support: Provide support for any after-hours building needs and activities as required.
  • Training and Development: Attend training sessions and seminars to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
