About the Role

As a Facilities and Administrative Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and execute daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks according to our PPM schedule.

Responsibilities
  1. Daily, Weekly, Monthly Technical Checks: Ensure all technical checks are performed on time, including but not limited to, PPM schedule, vendor coordination, energy consumption monitoring, DG maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  2. Corrective Maintenance and Service: Attend to technical issues promptly, resolving problems efficiently through effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
  3. Vendor Coordination: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely resolution of warranty and AMC-related matters.
  4. Energy Consumption Monitoring: Monitor energy consumption readings regularly to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to reduce energy waste.
Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Controls & Instrumentation
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
