About the Job: This position involves formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to the business. You will conduct weekly meetings with respective business units, consult with line management, and provide HR guidance when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units
  • Consult with line management and provide HR guidance when appropriate
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success

Requirements:

  • UAE National with family book
  • Strong education background and ideally with master's degree in HR and relevant professional qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years' experience from a similar background within tier-1 organisations
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, ER, diversity, performance management, and labor laws
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship building skills
  • Good stakeholder management and influencing abilities
