We are looking for an Office Operations Manager to join our team at DNA Recruitment. This individual will be responsible for overseeing procurement of office supplies and maintenance of equipment, managing vendor relationships and contracts for office services, implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe, organized, and conducive work environment.
About the Role:
- Lead office operations in the factory.
- Oversee administrative functions to support business operations.
- Monitor and streamline administrative processes for increased efficiency.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between various departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in administration or a related field.
- 2-5 years' experience in an office management role.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
