About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team in the UAE. As a key member of our Digital Hub, you will be responsible for developing and executing strong media plans that drive business results in collaboration with our agency partners.

You will drive, optimize, and analyze channel-wide and channel-specific digital marketing campaigns as part of our Digital Hub team. Additionally, you will provide end-to-end digital activation support to markets ensuring seamless implementation.

This role is part of The Digital Hub team for Middle East and Africa, responsible for the activation of our campaign. You will work closely with the Marketing teams on Philips brand in Domestic Appliances category.

The Skills and Knowledge You'll Bring
  • Minimum Bachelors (or local equivalent) degree; preferably in Marketing, Business Administration and/or Digital Marketing
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Media planning in top media agency or global and/or big local brands
  • Strong experience in Digital Campaign Management, Performance Marketing and Digital Optimization
  • Proven track record in executing well performing full funnel media campaigns and media budget management
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is a must for this role
  • Proven experience in working with large businesses in international environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, listening skills, and an articulate presenter
  • Can simultaneously manage multiple projects and requests in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with ownership
  • A get-it-done attitude, an eye for detail, and top-notch problem-solving skills are essential for this position
