Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Strategist to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and attract potential clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy Development

Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients and candidates.

Content Creation

Develop and manage engaging content for our website, blog, social media channels, and email campaigns tailored to the recruitment industry.

SEO & SEM

Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to increase organic and paid traffic.

Social Media Management

Oversee and execute social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling, and community management across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Campaign Management

Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and retargeting, to drive qualified leads and conversions.

Industry Trends

Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recruitment to ensure our strategies remain competitive and innovative.

Collaboration

Work closely with the recruitment team to align marketing efforts with business goals and support recruitment campaigns with targeted marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in the recruitment industry.

Skills

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing. Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.

Creativity

Ability to create compelling content and design innovative marketing strategies that resonate with both clients and candidates.

Analytical Skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Communication

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
