The successful candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and a keen eye for detail. This individual will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the property management function, including lease administration, document control, and data entry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and receive all leasing inquiry calls, visitors, and respond to messages.
  • Schedule meetings, respond to requests for information, determine which priority matters, and alert the line manager accordingly.
  • Record all customers' inquiries received by calls, walk-in, emails, and WhatsApp in CRM, then assign the leads to the respective Sr. Leasing Executive.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, track lease agreements, and ensure that all necessary documents are in place.
  • Work closely with the management team to resolve individual tenant matters and perform clerical functions as needed.
