MinimumQualification
- Bachelor's degree, ideallyin Business Administration, Real Estate, or a relatedfield

- Negotiating LeaseTerms: A prospective tenant is interested in leasinga commercial space. The Leasing Manager negotiates the rent,duration, and any special clauses (e.g., tenant improvementallowances, early termination options), ensuring both the propertyowner and tenant are satisfied with theagreement.
- Marketing VacantProperties: The Leasing Manager creates a marketingcampaign for vacant units, utilizing online platforms and localadvertisements. They might also organize an open house event toshow the property to multiple prospectivetenants.
- Addressing TenantIssues: A tenant has reported maintenance issues intheir apartment. The Leasing Manager coordinates with themaintenance team to address the problem promptly and communicateswith the tenant to ensure theirsatisfaction.
- Managing LeaseRenewals: A tenant's lease is approachingits expiration date. The Leasing Manager reaches out to the tenantto discuss renewal options, negotiate terms, and ensure the leaserenewal paperwork is completed ontime.
