Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at Al Fahim Group. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and contributing to the achievement of our annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets by actively promoting genuine Mercedes PC parts and current aftersales offers and campaigns. Conduct field visits to understand customer requirements and assess their current situation to establish product need and availability.
  2. Business Development: Expand and strengthen our customer base by maintaining healthy relationships with existing customers through best-in-class CRM practices. Approach new customers in the assigned territory and follow up on leads provided by the line manager.
  3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify customer requirements and assess the potential to increase parts sales. Ensure customer satisfaction as per our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) guidelines.
  4. Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends and update customer databases with vehicle population, type, age, and utilization. Monitor main parts competitors in the market and update management on prevailing trends and pricing.
  5. Reporting: Prepare and submit reports such as weekly plans, activity, and results reports related to issue resolution to the line manager and management review.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales within the automotive industry, preferably from Mercedes Benz.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Automotive Parts Sales experience: 3 years.
  • Driving License.
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Al Ain.
