You will project a favorable image of One&Only Royal Mirage to the public via telephonic interactions. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating all guest requests in a timely manner and ensure proper function of the Connectivity Center as the central communication point of the Resort.

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within the upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. A customer service background with strong attention to detail and analytical skills is required. Candidates must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language.

Computer literacy, including relevant software and experience in using an Opera system, is essential. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
