Key Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of leadership and people management experience in a similar role or capacity.
  • Operational Knowledge: Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including customer service, production, and employee management.
  • Communication Skills: Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Certifications: ITIL or related certifications preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
