We are looking for a highly skilled Front of House Team Member to join our team at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, including greeting them, directing them to their seats, and serving food and beverages.

You will also be required to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area, ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests.

You will work closely with our kitchen staff to communicate food and drink orders, and you will be responsible for presenting customers with the bill and processing payments accurately.

To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

You should be proficient in handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system, and you must be able to comply with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
  • Direct customers to their seats and the restroom, answer questions about the menu, and take note of special requests
  • Serve food to diners from a counter or take orders if seated
  • Communicate food and drink orders to the kitchen staff
  • Assemble and package takeaway orders
  • Maintain cleanliness standards by keeping counters, tableware, and utensils clean
  • Replenish food supplies when required
  • Present customers with the bill and process payments
  • Comply with company policies
