  • Knowledge and Ambassadorship: Develop knowledge of Vancouver, its attractions, directions, and cultural scene, and maintain a presence in the lobby as an ambassador of our hotel and brand, providing thoughtful touches and exceptional service to our guests.
  • Support and Assistance: Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way, and follow department policies, procedures, and service standards, including all safety policies.
  • Driving and Transportation: Drive the hotel car to shuttle guests around Vancouver as required.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid Class 5 BC Driver's License.
  • Customer Service Experience: Have previous customer-related experience.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a professional presentation, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Responsibility and Reliability: Be highly responsible and reliable, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Be able to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team, and adapt to a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, overtime shifts, and holidays.
