**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Lead to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing robust and complete quarterly forecasts and annual budgets to the standards and timescales set by Group Finance functions.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare month end accounts and complete deliverables in an accurate manner and to a strict timetable
* Support the Head of FP&A and Finance Director with ad-hoc initiatives and analyses
* Provide financial support to and advice to Project Directors and Managers, ensuring they understand the financial performance of their projects
* Assist in driving business operational improvement projects and in setting up a strong control environment
* Promote good financial practices throughout the business
* Ensure compliance to business Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and use of best accounting practices
* Develop strong working relationships with team members and other key stakeholders
* Deliver finance training to project managers and project directors as required
* Manage junior team members, ensuring their career development and coaching

**Requirements**

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis principles and practices
* Experience in a similar role or in a related field
