Sales Director for Partner Growth

About the Role:
As the Director, Partner Sales - CEEMEA & Southern Europe, you will lead our partner team in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe, along with the Middle East and Africa. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive partner sales strategy aligned with the company's overall sales objectives.
You will be responsible for recruiting, empowering, developing, and guiding a high-performing team of Partner Account Managers. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners, serving as the primary point of contact for partner organizations.
To achieve this, you will drive co-selling initiatives and joint go-to-market strategies with partners to maximize sales opportunities. You will also stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the partner ecosystem.
In terms of program development, you will create and manage partner programs, including training, certification, and incentive programs. This will ensure that partners are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and support to succeed in selling the company's products and services.
Your qualifications should include 10+ years of proven success in sales, channel/alliances, partner management, and/or distribution relationship management. You should have experience managing a team of Partner Account Managers and recruiting, developing, and managing both 1-tier and 2-tier channels.
