We seek an exceptional leader to build a high-performing team and enhance our presence in the Dubai off-plan property sector. This is a true partnership, offering equity ownership and a performance-based compensation structure designed to reward your achievements and fuel your long-term success.

Having a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate landscape and a strong network within the industry are essential for success in this role. Leveraging your expertise and forging strategic alliances will be paramount. Your ability to navigate the unique dynamics of the Dubai market and exceed ambitious sales goals will be instrumental in propelling WIZIO to the forefront.

Build Equity in Your Future

For the initial 3 months, your compensation will only be commission-based, reflecting your immediate achievements. This initial period allows you to demonstrate your capabilities and unlock the true power of this partnership. After a successful probationary period, you'll be eligible for a unique partnership vesting structure. This innovative approach allows you to share in the long-term success of WIZIO Dubai, directly tying your rewards to the company's growth.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Leverage your deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market to secure partnerships with leading developers.
  • Become a Dubai PropTech champion, negotiating deals and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Build and lead a dynamic team of Dubai-based real estate professionals.
  • Develop and implement winning growth strategies tailored to the Dubai market.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities specific to Dubai.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Dubai property market.

You're the ideal candidate if you have:

  • A strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and a proven track record of success within the industry (essential).
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Experience in contract negotiation (essential).
  • 5+ years of experience in the Dubai real estate industry (essential).
  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Understanding of Dubai's legal and regulatory landscape for real estate.
