Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Coordinate with service advisors to manage appointment slots and ensure efficient service operations.
  • Review and respond to customer messages and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Confirm that all vehicles scheduled for pickup have been picked up and cross-check with the pickup schedule to ensure none were missed.
  • Identify vehicles ready for delivery and notify customers via phone calls.
  • Prepare and send daily reports to management regarding customer interactions and service operations.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
