Job Title: Islamic Finance Specialist - Auto Financing Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Islamic Finance Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As an Auto Financing Expert, you will be responsible for sourcing Sahel products to the specified target segment and achieving or exceeding assigned targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To source Sahel products to the specified target segment and achieve or exceed the assigned target.
  2. Maintain good relationships with all business entities/ individuals where the business is sourced.
  3. Visit potential companies/ institutions to finalize business deals within the targeted turnaround time based on ADIB policy and procedure.
  4. Ensure full awareness of product knowledge and implement them at all times.
  5. Deliver a timely prompt service to customers.
  6. Adhere to stipulated office timing, follow secrecy norms, and maintain data confidentiality.
  7. Prepare and review standard credit applications and ensure all information provided is accurate and authentic.
  8. Follow the approval process and escalate delays to RSS, if any.
  9. Execute Murabaha contracts with customers representing ADIB, and prepare files as per checklists.
  10. Ensure that all submitted applications are error-free and rectify any errors.
  11. Check file activation and notify RSS in case of delay at Card center end.
  12. Maintain good rapport with inter-department/ peers by ensuring smooth flow of business.
  13. Participate in activities assigned by line manager during promotions.
  14. Initiate cross-sell of other banking products on a best efforts basis.
  15. Escalate customer complaints to supervisor level if any.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

  1. Broad knowledge of ADIB's Retail Banking products & services.
  2. Fair knowledge of service standards, sales skills, and computer skills.
  3. Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks.
  4. General awareness of competitors in local market.
