Job Description

Job Title: Security Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Site Supervisor to join our team at Duserve. As a Security Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining public order, ensuring the safety of employees and visitors, and managing security operations on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Public Order and Safety: Maintain public order within the buildings/areas adjacent to the building/site and ensure any organized protests or illegal activities are managed effectively but sensitively.
  • Security Liaison: Liaise with government departments such as the police, fire service, civil defense, etc. on all issues affecting security, including high-profile visits and events of all types that have the potential to create security concerns.
  • Emergency Response: Participate in Duserve emergency rescue and evacuation plan.
  • Security Inspections: Ensure that all necessary inspections of the property are performed and that security equipment is in serviceable condition.
  • Staff Management: Ensure there are sufficient staff on duty at all times and ensure that shift changes are covered.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Incident Reporting: Draw the attention of the Security Manager or Operations Manager to any security issues, incidents, and exceptional matters as appropriate.
  • Disciplinary Matters: Act as investigating officer in disciplinary matters for employees for whom you are responsible.
  • Health and Safety: Responsible for ensuring procedures are in place for safe control of all main switches on site/building.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Responsible for ensuring health and safety is adhered to as far as is practicable, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Team Management:

  • CCTV Operations: Manage a team of CCTV Operators on site and ensure monitoring and monitoring of the CCTV system.
  • Incident Response: Instigating recall action in the event of a major incident/accident.
  • Incident Reporting: Ensure that all incidents are recorded accurately.
