Harrison Holgate, a leading Lloyd's Broker, seeks a highly skilled Claims Advocate to manage a diverse portfolio of complex claims across the Energy class of business.
As a Claims Advocate, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to explain the claims process and manage their expectations throughout. Your expertise will help clients prepare for potential claims by educating them on required information and documentation, the claims process, and anticipated timescales.
This role requires a deep understanding of the claims process, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively manage complex claims. The position plays a pivotal role in ensuring prompt and fair resolution of client claims while maintaining strong relationships with (re)insurance companies and stakeholders.
We offer relocation support to Dubai for the right candidate. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Energy claims specialist looking for a challenging and rewarding role.
