We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations in the UAE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing accounting, reporting, compliance, and control activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial processes.
Main Duties
- Manage and develop the finance team in the UAE, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Establish and maintain forecasting processes to ensure timely and accurate preparation of quarterly and interim forecasts.
- Implement and maintain control systems and SOX processes according to HB Fuller policies and local requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis of multinational companies.
- 3 years of finance management experience.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills an asset.
- Experience in working closely with Commercial and Operations Teams.
