Position Summary
Oversee the installation, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of tools, appliances, and equipment. Calibrate all controls, gauges, and meters as necessary. Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves.
Procure, label, and inventory parts and supplies as required. Maintain a log of inventory and purchase orders. Conduct inspections of tools, equipment, or machinery. Utilize computers to enter and retrieve work-related information. Operate power lifts safely. Complete the life safety checklist, which includes the fire-pump run test and generator run test. Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems. Contribute to the formulation of disaster response protocols. Address and respond to repair requests from guests.

Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.

Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security; report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete necessary safety training and certifications.

Ensure that uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, while maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.

Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, support the team in achieving common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of fellow employees.

Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement innovative strategies to enhance organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-effectiveness.

Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Conduct visual inspections of tools, equipment, or machines. Perform physical tasks such as reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Navigate stairs and/or service ramps. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

Education:
Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.

Related Work Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

Supervisory Experience:
At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
