About the Position: We are seeking a Buying Coordinator to build strong supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and explore sourcing options to secure quality, cost-effective products.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
  • Explore sourcing options, identifying opportunities to secure quality, cost-effective products that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic buying plans, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Monitor budgets, track key financial metrics, and make informed buying decisions aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age: 35 years old
  • At least 4 years relevant experience in the industry
  • Proven experience as a Buyer in the retail sector, preferably with a focus on outdoor sports, adventure gear, or activewear.
  • Strong product knowledge of technical gear and adventure apparel, and proven skills in vendor management and UAE market trends.
  • Hands-on or personal experience in outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, or kayaking is preferred.
