About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer with a strong focus on SEO and IT Support skills to join our dynamic team at Precision Hire Solution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing our websites while also providing IT support to ensure the smooth operation of our company's technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Web Development:
    • Design, code, and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
    • Ensure websites are mobile-responsive and cross-browser compatible.
    • Optimize website performance for speed and scalability.
    • Implement and maintain content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
    • Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and functional websites.
  • SEO Optimization:
    • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, headers, and image optimization.
    • Optimize site structure, navigation, and internal linking to improve search engine visibility.
    • Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies, including link building and content marketing.
    • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Technical SEO:
    • Optimize website speed, including reducing load times, compressing images, and improving server response time.
    • Implement structured data to enhance search engine results.
    • Conduct technical audits and resolve issues related to crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.
    • Ensure proper implementation of redirects and manage site migrations.
  • IT Support:
    • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the company.
    • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner, both on-site and remotely.
    • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in accordance with company policies.
    • Maintain and update IT documentation, including network diagrams and system configurations.
    • Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data backups.
    • Coordinate with external vendors for the procurement and maintenance of IT equipment and services.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong SEO focus and IT support capabilities.
    • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
    • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
    • Strong understanding of SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
    • Solid experience in IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
    • Familiarity with network setup and management, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
