About the Role

PrecisionHire Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the front-end and back-end of our web applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front-End Development: Design and develop visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using CSS frameworks, libraries, and tools.
  • Back-End Development: Develop server-side logic, database integration, and API connectivity using programming languages such as PHP, Python, or Ruby.
  • Content Management: Integrate content management systems (CMS) into our web applications, allowing non-technical users to easily update and manage website content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide technical input, and ensure that the web application meets the desired goals and specifications.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and resolve issues or bugs that may arise on our web applications, perform regular maintenance tasks, and ensure security measures are in place.
  • SEO and Accessibility: Ensure that our web applications are easily discoverable by search engines and accessible to users with disabilities by following search engine optimization (SEO) principles and web accessibility guidelines.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in web development, and be self-motivated to learn new skills and adapt to emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with back-end technologies like PHP, Python, WordPress, or Ruby.
  • Strong understanding of front-end development principles, including responsive design and user experience.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and database management.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and web accessibility guidelines.
