- Data Governance: Strong understanding of data governance principles, practices, and frameworks.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance on data management, data governance, and best practices.
- Data Security: Experience with data security, privacy regulations, and compliance requirements in the UAE.
- Business Process Management: Utilize Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies to enhance data workflows and optimize operations.
- Data Documentation: Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries and data lineage documentation.
- Data Security: Monitor and enhance data security, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations like GDPR and UAE data privacy laws.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional Certifications: Professional certifications related to data management, data science, or business intelligence (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)).
- Experience: 58 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or business intelligence, with at least 23 years in a senior or leadership role.
- SQL: Strong understanding of SQL.
- Programming Languages: Experience with programming languages, such as Python.
- Data Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Data Warehousing and Data Modeling: Strong understanding of data warehousing and data modeling.
- Data Quality Management: Experience with data quality management.
- ETL Processes: Experience with ETL processes.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Data Governance and Compliance: Strong understanding of data governance and compliance.
