Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Inspection: Receive and inspect incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Warehouse Management: Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, including the wareroom, cooler, and freezer areas.
  • Inventory Control: Ensure accurate and complete inventory records, including tracking and reporting any discrepancies or issues.
  • Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise, and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, bend, kneel, stand, reach, and squat for extended periods.
