Office Operations Manager

**Job Description**
The Office Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role will also involve coordinating logistics, supporting project teams, and collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining supplies, and coordinating office logistics.
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of project-related documentation, such as reports, presentations, and memos.
- Support project teams by organizing travel arrangements, accommodations, and meeting schedules.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage timesheets, expense tracking, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative processes.
**Requirements:**
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in office administration, preferably within the Oil & Gas or construction industry.
- Experience working in Iraq or similar regions is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
