Job Description

Crescent Petroleum is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Engineering Manager to lead our engineering projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the development, coordination, and management of technical and engineering scope through all phases of the project life cycle.
  • Contractor Management: Manage contractors and consultants in the execution of engineering activities and ensure timely completion to protect Company interests.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure work deliverables are consistent with industry standards and in accordance with good engineering practice and applicable codes.
  • Technical Requirements: Responsible for ensuring that all technical requirements for projects are implemented.
  • Procedure Development: Implement procedures, plans, and schedules for the execution of engineering work scope associated with projects.
  • Interface Management: Manage interfaces across all engineering disciplines.
  • Design Assurance: Ensure quality of engineering deliverables in accordance with project contractual requirements.
Essential Functions
  • Engineering Strategy: Develop key documents directing engineering strategy and implementation.
  • Technical Specifications: Develop and review technical specifications.
  • Procedure Implementation: Ensure that project engineering activities are executed in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Procedure Development: Ensure satisfactory engineering procedures are developed, implemented, and closed-out throughout the project.
  • Contract Knowledge: Have a full knowledge and understanding of the Contract conditions and cost and schedule requirements.
  • Collaboration: Stimulate challenges and support Contractors and consultants to strive for easy/simpler solutions and avoid unnecessary delays to the schedule.
  • Liaison and Coordination: Ensure the effective liaison and coordination by EPC Contractor between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities during System Completion Phase.
