About Your Future Role

We are looking for a skilled Fragrance Advisor to join our Dubai team. As a Fragrance Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs, offering advice and demonstrating suitable products, building relationships with key customers, and ensuring store standards are maintained to achieve sales targets and cultivate customer loyalty.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Welcome customers into the store/brand; identify their needs through asking questions; recommend and demonstrate appropriate products; recommend link products; close the sale; provide professional till point service; follow up with regular customers; maintain personal grooming standards; deal professionally with customer complaints; advise customers about promotions in store.
  2. Deliver high brand knowledge at all times, demonstrating knowledge from trainings given.
  3. Maintain product/hygiene guidelines and all brand values as per the standards set out in the brand guideline.
  4. Rotate stocks to ensure that existing stock is displayed in front of new items on the shelves, maintaining the Minimum Display Quantities level and all aspects of brand VM guidelines.
  5. Maintain housekeeping standards, including window displays, testers, and glorifiers.
  6. Check stock levels daily and communicate replenishment needs or customer demands to the Line Manager to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels.
  7. Ensure all store and office administration tasks, as requested by the manager, are completed accurately and on time, including customer database cards, personal sales summary sheets, promotional activity feedbacks, action plans, and other business requirements.
  8. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
