The First Group Dubai is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Recreation Attendant to join our team. As a Recreation Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our recreational facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Information Provision: Greet guests and provide information about recreational facilities and activities, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Facility Management: Check in guests, collect fees for facility use or activities, and maintain accurate records and reports of facility usage, equipment inventory, and incidents.
  • Activity Coordination: Assist with coordinating and implementing recreational activities, including games, tournaments, and special events, to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
  • Facility Maintenance: Set up and maintain recreational equipment and facilities, including cleaning and minor repairs, to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide first aid and emergency assistance as needed, and maintain strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with a diverse population.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with marketing and promoting recreational activities and facilities to increase usage and revenue, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in recreation, physical education, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working in a recreational facility or similar setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of recreational activities, equipment, and safety practices.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
