- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, including fashion trends, new arrivals, and in-store promotions.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by adhering to personal grooming standards and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying the Store Manager of any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including those related to refunds, exchanges, security, and health and safety.
- Accurately capture customer information on the POS system to support our database recruitment efforts.
