Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Risk Manager at Trans Skills LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of debt-related financial policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's debt-related financial policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of these policies and procedures by government-related entities (GREs) and other stakeholders.
  • Collate and analyze financial and debt-related information from GREs and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Conduct debt stress tests on GREs as required and provide recommendations for mitigating risks.
  • Establish and maintain a database of GREs and their financial information.
  • Develop and implement a periodic reporting mechanism to senior management on the financial status of GREs.
  • Study and analyze financial risks related to government borrowing and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Provide recommendations on methodological tools to value contingent liability risks on GREs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
