About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Manager to join our team at Duncan & Ross. As a key member of our Digital Team, you will lead project teams in analyzing business processes and developing digital transformation agendas for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Client Workshops
    • Plan and execute workshops with clients to define the scope and approach for data-driven analyses and customer journey design.
  • Analyze Business Problems
    • Understand business problems from various industries and structure the analytical approach using advanced analytical tools and statistical techniques.
  • Guide Consultants
    • Guide consultants in designing digitization products, solutions, and implementation roadmaps in client projects.
  • Research and Evaluate Partners
    • Research and evaluate implementation partners to further develop our company's ecosystem for digitization.
  • Communicate Complex Ideas
    • Communicate complex ideas effectively verbally and in writing in English (Arabic is a plus) to all hierarchy levels in the organization.
  • Support Digitization Capabilities
    • Support the advancement of our company's digitization capabilities.
  • Provide Guidance and Training
    • Provide guidance and training to consultants.
  • Prepare Proposals and Present at Client Pitches
    • Prepare proposals and present at client pitches.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 5 years of experience in a consultancy and thereby a deep understanding of professional consulting.
    • Experience in a client-facing digital consulting role.
    • Experience in client sales pitch preparation and delivery is a plus.
  • Skills
    • Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
    • Understanding of complex business processes of any kind.
    • Hands-on experience in ETL and have worked with SQL data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik is a plus.
    • Knowledge in IT architectures and emerging technologies like AI, RPA, IoT, and Cloud Solutions.
    • Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
  • Education
    • Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
