This key position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to travelers and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our retail shop.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment including product displays and merchandising.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit card payments, and refunds.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise on the shop floor as needed to ensure availability and visibility of products.
