Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the Employee Engagement Survey process, including vendor selection, execution, analysis, and action planning.
  • Establish and govern governance structures for recognition, well-being, DE&I, and other engagement-driven initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution and ensure effective implementation of engagement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, or HR, preferably in FMCG or multinational environments.
