LPS Brands is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on People Manager to oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resources and administrative operations. This role is pivotal in shaping the company culture, ensuring employee engagement, and managing HR functions efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be a people-centric leader with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities:
  1. HR Strategy & Operations:
    1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
    2. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
    3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
    4. Manage the HR department's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to support HR initiatives and activities.
    5. Work closely with legal consultants to build strong relationships with external suppliers and freelancers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration.
  2. Talent Acquisition & Retention:
    1. Oversee recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent aligned with LPS culture.
    2. Develop employee retention strategies and career growth programs.
    3. Conduct training and development initiatives to upskill employees.
  3. Culture Management & Employee Engagement:
    1. Develop and implement initiatives that promote LPS's core values and mission.
    2. Drive engagement programs to enhance employee morale and workplace satisfaction.
    3. Collaborate with leadership to ensure a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
    4. Maintain open communication channels across teams to encourage transparency and collaboration.
  4. Employee Relations & Culture Building:
    1. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction.
    2. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
    3. Organize team-building activities and cultural engagement programs.
  5. Performance Management & Development:
    1. Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on employee evaluations.
    2. Develop programs for leadership development, succession planning, and employee growth.
  6. Administrative & Compliance Oversight:
    1. Manage payroll processing, leave administration, and employee benefits.
    2. Oversee office administration functions, including facilities management and vendor coordination.
    3. Ensure all HR documentation and records are up to date and in compliance with legal standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional people skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and create a positive work culture.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and an excellent work ethic.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Experience working with top management, organization leadership.
