  • Demonstrated expertise in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and DeFi ecosystems within the UAE.
  • Experience interfacing with UAE regulators and managing regulatory inquiries.
  • Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills, particularly in technology, SaaS, and financial agreements relevant to the UAE market.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing legal risk with business strategy.
  • Experience advising on virtual asset licensing, exchange licensing, and cross-border transactions within the UAE.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance and M&A transactions in the UAE fintech space.
