In accordance with company protocols, you will pursue overdue invoices through various communication methods within established timeframes.

Facilitate monthly coordination meetings between business and demand teams to effectively monitor and manage relevant invoices.

Deliver swift, thorough, and effective responses to inquiries from both clients and internal teams.

  • Accurately deposit customer payments into their respective accounts and manage them appropriately.
  • Ensure compliance with monthly timelines and obligations.
  • Issue invoices or correspondence to clients as required each month.
  • Support the organization in improving its credit management practices.
  • Stay updated on emerging credit management strategies and techniques to enhance business operations.

Recommend the write-off of uncollectible debts for business accounts when warranted, and meticulously document and adjust monthly records upon receiving approval.
